Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on caravelliclubs.com under the Caravelli brand. The store is operated by SIX ACES REALTY, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, EIN 90-0069784, registered address 5911 SW 33rd Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, United States. 1. Origin of shipments

All products are shipped from China by our third-party supplier. When your package reaches your country, final delivery is normally carried out by a local carrier or postal service, as listed in section 5.

2. Destinations

We deliver worldwide. The countries available for delivery are shown at checkout.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

4. Shipping options, charges and delivery times

We offer two shipping options. Delivery times are counted in business days after dispatch, and processing time is added to them.

  • Standard shipping: free, 5 to 12 business days.
  • Express shipping: USD 5.99, 3 to 9 business days. At checkout, this charge may be displayed converted into the currency applicable to your country.

These delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather or peak seasons may occur.

The carriers that normally perform final delivery in each country are listed below. Standard shipping comes first, then express shipping.

6. Split shipments

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages, on different days and with different tracking numbers. This does not incur additional shipping costs for you.

7. Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

8. Customs duties and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value added tax, goods and services tax and clearance or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, except for any tax we are legally required to collect at checkout, which is shown to you before you place your order.

Please check the import rules of your country before ordering. We cannot predict or control these charges.

9. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@caravelliclubs.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address.

10. Orders not delivered

If your order has not been delivered within the maximum period for the shipping option you selected, please contact support@caravelliclubs.com. The maximum period is:

  • for standard shipping, 3 business days of processing plus 12 business days of delivery after dispatch;
  • for express shipping, 3 business days of processing plus 9 business days of delivery after dispatch.

Undelivered orders are eligible for a refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
